Après Soirée uses stainless steel kegs and taps to insure the integrity and taste of the wine is never compromised. In fact, these kegs protect the wine to insure its constant freshness so we use less preservatives and sulfites than most bottled wine, keeping the taste pure and delicious. Plus, our draught installations maintain the ideal temperature for each wine keeping its taste precisely as the wine maker intended.
